Soléa Skin LV is operated by Samara, a dual-licensed Advanced Medical Aesthetician and Cosmetologist based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is located at Aesthetic Revolution LV. Samara has completed her medical aesthetics training at the National Institute of Modern Aesthetics and began her cosmetology education early through a high school program, laying a strong foundation for her career in the aesthetics industry. Samara specializes in results-driven skincare treatments designed to support healthy, confident skin, while prioritizing client comfort and education. She works alongside additional supportive and educated staff at Aesthetic Revolution LV, ensuring all services are performed with the highest standards of care by a highly educated team. Samara is also pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Nevada State University, allowing her to integrate aesthetics with a holistic approach to overall physical and mental wellness. Booking at Soléa Skin At Soléa Skin, all treatments require a mandatory consultation prior to receiving any service to ensure safety, suitability, and optimal results. Clients may reserve an appointment time; however, a consultation must be completed before the scheduled service date. Failure to book or complete the required consultation will result in denial of the reserved appointment time and date. All services at Soléa Skin are by appointment only—we do not accept walk-ins. Medical Clearance & Health Disclosure Clients must complete and update medical history and consent forms before each treatment series. Certain conditions (pregnancy, active infections, photosensitizing medications, recent isotretinoin use, etc.) may contraindicate treatment. Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in treatment refusal or voided results guarantees. Scope of Practice Services are performed by licensed medical aesthetic provider, Samara Segarra, approved by medical director, Dr. Zimmerman. Treatment Results Disclaimer Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintenance treatments may be necessary. Pre-Treatment & Post-Treatment Compliance Clients must follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided. Non-compliance may increase the risk of adverse reactions and affect outcomes. The practice is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow instructions. Laser & Energy-Based Device Safety Clients must disclose recent sun exposure, tanning (including self-tanner), and use of photosensitizing products or medications. Protective eyewear is required during laser/IPL treatments. Treatments may be postponed if skin conditions increase risk. Deposits, Payments & Refunds Deposits may be required to secure advanced treatment appointments. All services rendered are non-refundable. Package & Series Policy Treatment packages must be used within a specified timeframe. Unused sessions may expire. Packages are designed for one individual and may not be shared. Adverse Reactions & Complications Temporary side effects (redness, swelling, bruising, sensitivity) are normal and expected. More serious reactions, while rare, are possible and will be reviewed during consultation. Clients must notify the practice promptly of any concerns following treatment. Pregnancy & Medical Contraindications Certain advanced treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The practice reserves the right to delay treatment until medically appropriate. Minor Client Policy All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 21 years of age at the time of the appointment. The accompanying adult is required to remain present for the duration of the service and must review and sign all required consent forms prior to treatment. No services will be performed on minors without proper supervision and documented consent. Photography & Documentation Before-and-after photos are required for medical documentation. Written consent is required for marketing or educational use. Consent Forms & Documentation Policy All required forms, consents, and medical documentation must be fully completed and signed prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to submit completed documentation may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the appointment. This policy ensures compliance with safety, legal, and treatment protocols. Right to Refuse Service The practice reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety, medical, ethical, or behavioral reasons. Pricing, Promotions & Policy Changes Prices, protocols, and policies are subject to change without prior notice. The most current policies apply at the time of service. Pricing listed on this page reflects individual provider pricing and may differ from pricing, packages, or promotions offered by Aesthetic Revolution LV. Aesthetic Revolution LV promotions are not interchangeable with Soléa Skin LV services and cannot be applied, transferred, or honored outside of Aesthetic Revolution LV. Clients requesting an Aesthetic Revolution LV promotion must purchase the promotion directly through Aesthetic Revolution LV at the time of booking; independent pricing will otherwise apply. Privacy Policy This website uses GlossGenius as its booking and client management platform. GlossGenius may collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, appointment details, and payment information when a client books a service or communicates through the platform. This information is used to schedule and manage appointments, process payments securely, send confirmations and reminders, provide customer support, and maintain accurate business records. Personal information may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary for business operations, such as payment processors, messaging services, and platform support providers, and solely for operational purposes. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Soléa Skin, we understand that unexpected circumstances may happen and schedules may change. However, to provide the highest level of service and respect the time of all our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Late Cancellations: • First Occurrence: This will serve as a warning. No fee will be applied. • Second Occurrence: A 20% fee of the scheduled service will be required to reschedule your appointment. This fee may still be applied as credit toward your service as long as you attend the rescheduled appointment. • Late Arrival Policy: Clients have a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being canceled and rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee will apply. • Reduced Service Time: If a client arrives late, their service time will be reduced accordingly, as additional time cannot be added in order to accommodate other clients’ scheduled appointments. No-Shows: • First No-Show: A 50% deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment. This deposit may be applied as credit toward your service as long as you attend the rescheduled appointment. • Second No-Show: The previous deposit will no longer be applied toward your service, and you will be required to pay 100% of the full service in advance for any future appointments. Additionally, repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. Continuous No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. Soléa Skin reserves the right to refuse service to clients who consistently fail to adhere to this policy. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with late cancellation fees and policies will result in fees that will not be applicable toward your service. Non-Refundable Policy: All fees and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to maintain a professional schedule and provide the best possible experience for all clients.
